We are looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to join our work on client digital projects at Netpeak: from SEO and PPC to other performance areas.

If you are interested in working with clients, digital projects, and seeing the results of your work in numbers - this role might be for you.

Requirements

What is important for us:

• 6+ months of experience as a Project Manager and/or practical experience in digital areas (SEO, PPC, Email marketing, etc.).
• Understanding of basic principles and processes according to PM standards.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing - PPC/SEO.
• Experience with Google Docs/Sheets.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of Google Analytics and marketing data analysis.
• Experience in preparing key project artifacts: work plans, risk registers, communication plans, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 3 projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate teams, monitor processes, balance resources.
• Build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and increase LTV.
• Notice risks in time and find solutions.
• Prepare clear updates, reports, and present results.
• Occasionally support "warm" sales: consult clients on new services.

1. Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
2. Flexible working hours with the possibility to start the workday from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
3. Possibility to work fully remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
