About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to join our work on client digital projects at Netpeak: from SEO and PPC to other performance areas.

If you are interested in working with clients, digital projects, and seeing the results of your work in numbers, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 3 projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate teams, monitor processes, balance resources.
• Build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and increase LTV.
• Detect risks in time and find solutions.
• Prepare clear updates, reports, and present results.
• Occasionally support "warm" sales: consult clients on new services.

Requirements

What we value:

• 6+ months of experience as a Project Manager and/or practical experience in digital areas (SEO, PPC, Email marketing, etc.).
• Understanding of basic principles and processes according to PM standards.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing - PPC/SEO.
• Experience with Google Docs/Sheets.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of Google Analytics and marketing data analysis.
• Experience in preparing key project artifacts: work plans, risk registers, communication plans, etc.

1. Compensation: Base rate + monthly bonus. This means, in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have an additional bonus that you can directly influence.
2. Flexible working hours: Start from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
3. Remote or office work: Fully remote or in office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
4. Paid leave: 18 working days, 8 paid sick days per year without certificates, and 11 public holidays.
