About the Position

Paymash is a sales solution that includes everything you need to sell over the Internet or directly in the store. Paymash AG, headquartered in Switzerland, is a fast-growing international start-up.

Paymash is a SaaS platform offered worldwide. To complement our team in Zurich we are looking for a Junior Digital Sales Manager.

The tasks include the familiarisation and optimization of our sales process in close cooperation with Marketing. At Paymash, we rely on the software and tools of hubspot.com for marketing and sales. The goal is to increase efficiency in Paymash sales in order to achieve more online demos and deals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting consulting and sales talks via video conference
• Pre- and post-processing of leads with hubspot.com
• Optimize Paymash Sales Process with hubspot.com

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for iPad, cash registers, Internet and e-commerce
• Good expression on the phone as well as in writing
• Conscientiousness and structured approach
• Creativity and entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent in German and English (French and Italian would be an advantage)

Conditions

The searched person must be able to express himself well on the telephone as well as in writing and must enjoy conducting sales and consulting conversations via video conference. Conscientiousness and a structured approach are of great importance for the preparation and follow-up of leads. Creativity and entrepreneurial thinking are required for the continuous optimization of the sales process.
