Ми шукаємо мегаструктурного, зарядженого та проактивного Junior Event Manager. Це суто операційна роль для людини, яка обожнює збирати хаос у чіткі чек-листи, контролювати дедлайни та бачити ідеальний результат своєї координації.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize internal and external Employer Brand events: Coordinate the preparation of conferences, meetups, corporate events, and other activities; ensure timely implementation of all stages of preparation
• Coordinate contractors and logistics: Work with locations, catering, printing, merchandise, photo, and video contractors; monitor the fulfillment of agreements and deadlines
• Manage the operational part of events: Form timelines and checklists; monitor the readiness of all materials; coordinate processes on the day of the event
• Maintain administrative processes: Work with accounts and payments, manage event budgets, organize purchases
• Ensure a quality experience for participants: Communicate with participants, partners, and contractors

Requirements

• Basic experience in organizing events (educational, corporate, student, or commercial) from 1 year
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, checklists, and project plans
• Confident use of planning tools: Google Workspace / Notion / Trello / Asana or similar
• Ability to work with contractors (locations, catering, technical support, decor, etc.)
• Understanding of brand communication and event marketing basics
• High level of organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and discipline

Recruitment Process

Interview with the recruiter (30-45 min) - Technical interview (60-90 min) - Test task - Final interview (60 min) - Collecting recommendations - Offer
