British American Tobacco Denmark has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Executive in HR in Copenhagen.
Are you eager to jumpstart your international career in the dynamic field of Human Resources? This is a unique opportunity to join our Nordic HR team, where you can put your creative skills in Employer Branding to shine, and support our team with various HR processes and initiatives on a Nordic level.
The Junior Executive programme lasts for 12 months and is designed to provide you with hands-on exposure to the business, giving you the necessary skills and knowledge needed to jumpstart your career. At the end of the programme, we offer an opportunity to land a permanent role within the business, depending on your career aspirations.
You will be based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen, 5 minutes away on foot from the Central Station and beautiful harbour. Delicious breakfast and lunch are provided daily. We also offer access to a well-equipped office gym, ping pong table to unwind between your meetings, games, and many social events to get to know your colleagues better!

Responsibilities
- Supporting our Nordic HR team in contributing and driving projects related to culture, employee experience and attraction, social events, and employee engagement.
- Assisting our Nordic HR Business Partner team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure business fluency.
- Contributing to our employer branding agenda across Nordics, by promoting our company as an employer of choice via online and offline touchpoints & initiatives.
- Managing company social media platforms (Instagram, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, etc.) and content calendar, including budgeting and reporting activities.
- Collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful talent attraction efforts.
- Complying and implementing activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work, and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Recent graduate of up to two years with an education in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is not necessary but will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with managing and creating internal and external social media content to ensure successful campaigns launch.
- General knowledge of annual HR processes, such as recruitment, EOY conversations, talent attraction, etc.
- Proactive mindset, with willingness to try new ideas and methods to achieve business & teams goals.
- Strong creativity skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn.
