About the Position
We are seeking a Junior Finance Manager / Controller (m/w/d) to join our team in Augsburg, managing financial operations and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial processes.
Requirements
- Education: Very well completed economic science degree or comparable education as an accountant (m/w/d) or similar, further education as a certified public accountant (m/w/d) or similar.
- Experience: Initial experience in accounting, controlling, or accounting.
- Skills:
- Quick comprehension to understand complex relationships and hands-on mentality to find and implement pragmatic solutions promptly.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a responsible, accurate, and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure quick and constructive coordination with various stakeholders and achieve measurable results swiftly.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially advanced skills in Excel. Initial experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and Microsoft Navision or Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
- Languages: Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing.
