Responsibilities

• Exciting Projects: Work on diverse and innovative topics of our product comparison – from booking routes, comparison results, and self-services to AI-assisted assistant functions – from data logic in the backend to the user interface in the frontend.
• Full Stack Software Development: Develop our systems holistically – from APIs and backend services to LLM services and their orchestration to performant and user-friendly frontend components.
• AI Integration & LLM Agents: Develop intelligent features with Large Language Models – e.g., chat and assistant functions, extraction and structuring of information, or data-based recommendations. You will work with LLM agents and their orchestration (Tool-Use, State/Memory, Workflows) with the goal of making AI productive and controllable.
• Taking Responsibility: Drive the technical implementation of product improvements independently, ensure clean code, and ensure the stability and future-proofing of our applications.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality through strict typing, static analysis, and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and drive the further development of our test systems.
• Communication & Teamwork: In close collaboration with our product management team, implement new features, contribute your own ideas, and actively contribute to the optimization of our development processes.

Requirements

• Education: Very well completed training as an IT specialist (m/w/d) or a degree in a relevant field.
• Full Stack Mindset & Experience: Initial experience in full stack web development and understanding of modern API development (e.g., type-safe APIs) and a clean modeling of data and interfaces. You have a desire to understand and implement features from front to back and across service and language boundaries.
• AI Competence: Interest in AI features with Large Language Models and initial experience with agentic workflows.
• AI-Assisted Development: Confident use of AI-assisted development – targeted use of LLMs and coding agents as tools and knowledge of the appropriate patterns (e.g., Spec-driven Development, persistent agent instructions, or iterative agent loops) with solid programming skills.
• Work Style & Growth Mindset: Quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and independent working style with initiative and a passion for lifelong learning and continuous evaluation of new trends. You are motivated to continuously develop our product, the team, and yourself.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills.
