(Junior) Full-Stack Entwickler (m/w/d) AI & Digital Innovation

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Developer for AI & Digital Innovation to join our team in Leipzig, focusing on developing scalable backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Implement and integrate AI tools to enhance development processes

Requirements

• Education: A very good university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Practical Experience: Initial experience in software development and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Tech Stack: Very good knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Golang, React, or TypeScript; experience with frameworks such as Symfony, relational databases (SQL), and ideally Linux/DevOps knowledge
• UI/UX & Web Development: Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React or React Router, combined with a good sense for UI/UX, responsive web development, and user-friendly interfaces
• AI & Tools: Enthusiasm for AI and experience using AI development tools, such as Cursor, as well as an interest in advancing and further developing their integration into the development process
• Digital Mindset: Passion for web development, clean code principles, strong willingness to learn, and a hands-on mentality
• Teamwork & Communication: Proactivity, strong team spirit, and excellent communication skills
• Language Skills: Fluent German skills at negotiation level, at least C1, and good English skills at B2 level
