About the Position
Bitmedia Labs is an international product company founded in 2014. Today, we’re a team of 150+ specialists working globally, building products used by millions worldwide.
Our work spans two core areas:
• Game Development - browser-first games for global audiences, centered on reward-driven progression and long-term engagement.
• Digital Advertising - high-performance advertising and affiliate platforms across Web2 and Web3 markets.
We believe great products are built by people who take ownership - shaping direction, making decisions, and seeing their work turn into real impact. Now, we’re looking for a Junior Game Designer to join the team and help us move our products forward.
Responsibilities
- Work with CRM systems and manage game events;
- Calculate the economic model in the game (expenditure and income of the game currency, complexity curve);
- Formalize and document the design to communicate it to the project teams;
- Manage regular LiveOps Activities;
- Conduct quality control for assigned tasks.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience in a similar position;
- Basic knowledge of game design (gameplay, player psychology, game mechanics) and UX principles;
- Understanding of in-game economy and balance, player types, mathematics, and probability theory;
- Analytical and formal thinking, able to break problems down into their key variables and identify the relations between them;
- English level – Intermediate +;
- Passion for games.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel;
- Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency;
- Work experience with shipped products;
- Understanding product LiveOps cycles.
