We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the ICONIC21 team and support the visual side of our growing brand and product portfolio. This is a hands-on role with real variety - if you love design and want to work somewhere that gives you the space to grow and contribute from day one, this one's for you.

Responsibilities

Day to day, you'll be supporting the team across a range of product and marketing design needs:

• Game thumbnails and banner images
• Presentations and one-pagers
• Social media visuals across various platforms and formats
• Posters and promotional materials
• Resizing and adapting compositions across multiple formats and platforms
• Bringing visual assets together (backgrounds, logos, characters and other elements) into cohesive, polished compositions
• Supporting any other design needs that come up across the business - no two weeks look the same

Requirements

• A good eye for design: you notice when something is off and you know how to fix it
• Comfortable working with logos and typography and understanding how they interact within a composition
• Able to adapt and resize existing designs across different formats without losing the feel of the original
• Familiar with the fundamentals of composition: knowing how to balance elements and make a layout work
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop - these are your daily tools
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• A portfolio that shows us how you think visually - even if it's small, we want to see it

Nice to Have

• Color grading skills are a plus
• Experience with AI image generation tools is a nice to have
