Junior Graphic Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Kyiv, focusing on creating and adapting advertising visuals and working with graphic materials for internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Creation and adaptation of advertising visuals for various formats, including animations
• Work with graphic materials for internal and external communications
• Work with branding standards for physical contact points and workspace decoration concepts
• Participation in the development of creative solutions and visual concepts
• Creation and editing of corporate presentations
• Creation of creatives for social media and banners for newsletters
• Generation of static images and light animations based on technical tasks
• Analysis of competitors' advertising materials and social media to track global design trends

Requirements

• Professional education (graphic design, visual communications) or completed design courses
• Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Portfolio or examples of work (must be attached to the resume)
• Understanding of composition, color theory, and typography principles
• Communicability, openness, understanding of design tasks, attention to detail, neatness, responsibility, teamwork, multitasking
• Willingness to grow and develop
