Junior Graphic Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. Responsibilities include creating and adapting advertising visuals, working with graphic materials, and participating in the development of creative solutions.

Key Tasks

• Creation and adaptation of advertising visuals for various formats, including animations;
• Working with graphic materials for internal and external communications;
• Working with branding standards for physical points of contact and workspace decoration concepts;
• Participation in the development of creative solutions and visual concepts;
• Creation and editing of corporate presentations;
• Creation of social media creatives and email banners;
• Generation of static images and light animations based on technical tasks;
• Analysis of competitors' advertising materials and social media to track global design trends.

Requirements

• Professional education (graphic design, visual communications) or completed design courses;
• Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
• Portfolio or examples of work (must be attached to the resume);
• Understanding of composition, color theory, and typography principles;
• Communicability, openness, understanding of design tasks, attention to detail, neatness, responsibility, teamwork, multitasking. Willingness to grow and develop.

• Ability to work with print materials, full cycle.
