Junior HR Business Partner

Workplace: Katowice

Responsibilities

• Independently managing national and international recruitment processes
• Searching for candidates using social media tools and implementing other candidate acquisition methods
• Conducting employee on/off-boarding processes
• Supporting employee engagement and team Employee Engagement campaigns
• Participation in Employer Branding campaigns
• Supporting the company and team in terms of internal and external training programs
• Supporting employees in HR matters
• Participation in international projects
• Close cooperation with the HR Manager
• Collaboration with all departments within the company

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of recruitment tools
• Basic knowledge of labor law
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Good time management and ability to work under time pressure
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
