For our client, a prestigious company, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Junior HR Business Partner

Location: Katowice

Responsibilities

• Independently managing national and international recruitment processes
• Searching for candidates using social media tools and implementing other candidate acquisition methods
• Conducting on/off-boarding processes for employees
• Supporting employee engagement and team Employee Engagement campaigns
• Participating in Employer Branding campaigns
• Supporting the company and team with internal and external training programs
• Assisting employees with HR matters
• Participating in international projects
• Close cooperation with the HR Manager
• Collaborating with all departments within the company

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of recruitment tools
• Basic knowledge of labor law
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Good time management and ability to work under time pressure
• Availability and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
