Junior ICT Operator with French/IT Operations Specialist with French (24/7)

About the Position

Atos is seeking a Junior ICT Operator with French proficiency for a 24/7 IT Operations Specialist role in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Join Atos to support IT operations and client communication in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT operations in a 24/7 environment
• Supervise batch processing activities using VTOM
• Identify, analyze, and perform first-level troubleshooting of operational incidents
• Escalate issues according to defined procedures and SLA requirements
• Communicate with French-speaking clients and provide regular status updates
• Handle operational requests and collaborate with technical support teams
• Follow established operational processes, documentation, and best practices

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of VTOM, including job monitoring, failure identification, and first-level troubleshooting
• Practical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• French language proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Good command of English for daily communication and documentation
• Availability to work in a 24/7 shift model, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring, batch processing, and incident management
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow procedures, and escalate issues when required

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in IT Operations, Monitoring, or Service Desk environments
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes
• Basic scripting skills, such as Bash or PowerShell
• ITIL Foundation certification or practical knowledge of ITIL framework
