About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our team in Lisbon.

Are you a recent graduate passionate about technology and eager to build a career in Cybersecurity?
Join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team and become part of a strategic project working with some of the world’s leading identity security platforms, including Okta and SailPoint. You’ll receive hands-on experience, mentorship from senior consultants, and certified training to help you become an expert in one of the fastest-growing areas of cybersecurity.
No prior experience with Okta or SailPoint is required - we’re looking for talented graduates with the right mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Work with leading identity security platforms such as Okta and SailPoint
- Gain hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management
- Receive mentorship from senior consultants
- Participate in certified training programs
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Eligible for a Professional Internship (IEFP)
- Basic knowledge of programming and software development principles
- Interest in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management
- Knowledge of authentication concepts (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Active Directory) is a plus
- Previous academic or personal projects related to security are considered an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
