About the Position
MOJAM is seeking a Junior Influence Marketing Specialist [Part-Time] whose main mission is to help develop our products for CS2 players. Your role is not just about completing tasks, but immersing yourself in the product, testing hypotheses, learning quickly, and bringing real value to the team. 📍Responsibilities
- Collecting releases from bloggers we collaborate with and maintaining a complete release table
- Timely and correct management of the link creation process for bloggers
- Fulfilling manager requests (creating links, reviewing blogger content, etc.)
- Writing daily reports on blogger release errors
- Collecting and analyzing databases on request
- Conducting research on request
- Searching for YouTube/Twitch (alike) influencers and verifying their statistics
- Understanding the processes of the IM-team and the ability to work with all necessary tools
- Improving the quality and/or efficiency of internal processes within the team
- Managing microtasks and errands (information search, list creation, script writing)
Conditions:
- Schedule 2/1 (2 workdays, 1 day off), 5 hours per day
- 20–25 hours per week
🦸 Your Superpowers
- English level B2 (written and spoken) - for the possibility of growth within the team
- Experience in creating scripts for process automation, working with AI tools
- Perseverance and willingness to perform daily routine tasks
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Experience with Word, Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, and knowledge of basic formulas

- Fluency in English/Chinese/APAC languages/German/French/Portuguese/Spanish
- Love for CS2
- Experience running your own YouTube channel or streaming
- Experience in influencer marketing
- Deep understanding of working with AI tools and the basics of prompting
- Understanding of YouTube algorithms
