We are currently seeking a Junior Information Security Manager to join our team. Our clients are located in Europe, USA, Middle East, and Central Asia. Therefore, we need a junior information security manager with knowledge of English at least B2, as well as excellent Ukrainian and Russian languages. Presentation and teaching skills are required. Also, learning ability, customer focus, independence, teamwork, analytical, and leadership abilities are needed. Knowledge of ISO 27002 or SOC 2 is required. CompTIA Security+ certification and ambition to pass CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 exams are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee information security policies and procedures.
- Conduct security assessments and risk analysis.
- Develop and implement security training programs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27002 or SOC 2 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ISO 27002 or SOC 2
- CompTIA Security+ certification (preferred)
- Excellent English, Ukrainian, and Russian language skills
- Strong presentation and teaching skills
- Analytical and leadership abilities
- Customer focus, learning ability, independence, teamwork, and analytical skills
