About the Role
As a Junior Inkoop Specialist, you are much more than an administrative supporter. You are co-responsible for the success of the branch and actively support the entire purchasing process of used cars. You combine operational responsibility, customer contact, and commercial support with learning to appraise and negotiate.
This role is deliberately designed as a hybrid role between support and independent purchasing. You will work closely with experienced Auto Buyers, but you will develop step by step towards an independent commercial position within AUTO1 Group.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the Auto Buyer during the entire purchasing process
- Professionally guiding customers in the sale of their car
- Processing documents related to appraisals, purchase, and transfer
- Ensuring complete and correct file handling
- Supporting the daily operation at the branch
- Providing flexible support at different branches when needed
- Learning to appraise cars step by step
- Actively developing towards an independent role as an Auto Buyer
Requirements
- Completed secondary vocational education (mbo-4) or higher education (hbo)
- Affinity with cars and commerce
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, eager to learn, and ambitious
- Enjoy tackling tasks and taking responsibility
- Enjoy varied work
- Flexible availability at different branches
- Driver's license B is required
- Available to work on Saturdays
