Junior International Accountant (EU)

About the Position

Join our Accounting & Tax Compliance team as a Junior International Accountant to gain practical experience in international finance within a global IT business. You will work with foreign legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, support accounting and tax compliance processes, participate in financial reporting and audit activities, and contribute to the automation of finance operations. This role provides direct exposure to international accounting standards, VAT compliance, modern finance technologies, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across different countries.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and maintain accounting documentation for foreign legal entities.
• Work with invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Support accounting operations and verify financial transactions.
• Perform reconciliations and account reviews.
• Prepare files and supporting documentation for monthly reporting.
• Participate in audits and assist with audit documentation preparation.
• Support financial reporting processes.
• Contribute to the automation and improvement of finance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of practical accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Intermediate+ level of English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with international accounting or foreign jurisdictions.
• Experience working with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
