We are looking for a Junior IT-Consultant to join our team in Karlsruhe, Germany. This role involves consulting and technical implementation of IT infrastructures, from conception to maintenance, as well as providing customer support.

Responsibilities

• Consulting for and technical implementation of IT infrastructures, from conception to maintenance
• Collaborating in our IT consulting teams to support our clients (1st & 2nd Level Support)
• Working closely in an agile project team
• Project-oriented work considering your strengths and expectations

Requirements

• Completed studies in IT or a comparable education (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)
• Initial professional experience in the maintenance of IT infrastructures and professional customer support, preferably in the school network environment (paedML, linuxmuster.net, IServ)
• Practical experience with relevant technologies (server operating systems, package management, virtualization/containerization)
• Very good German skills and good technical English
