Responsibilities

Strategic Customer Support with Technical Depth: You will provide long-term support to existing customers, analyze their technical and business challenges, and develop data-driven strategies to achieve their goals together with them.
Regular Consultation Calls and Knowledge Transfer: In recurring meetings, you will discuss progress, identify optimization potentials, and share your technical expertise on marketing tools, processes, and best practices.
Technical Support via Slack and Messenger: You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries in Slack and other communication channels, from strategic considerations to technical details about tools and implementations.
System Administration and CRM Maintenance: You will document all customer interactions in our CRM tools (Airtable, Close), meticulously maintain data, and use it for continuous improvement of customer support.
Success-Oriented Customer Development: You will accompany successful customers on their growth path: You will recognize potentials for additional services that create real added value, actively collect Trustpilot reviews and recommendations, and thus contribute to both customer success and the growth of our community.

Requirements

Auto-Didact: You have a high affinity for technology and a strong self-initiative in learning new skills. Self-directed learning is natural to you, and you always stay up-to-date with AI technology.
Attention to Detail: You value accuracy and pay attention to every small detail in the implementation of technical specifications. Your approach ensures that all projects are executed precisely according to specifications.
Purpose Understanding: Your problem-solving skills enable you to think beyond conventional solutions and develop creative and effective strategies that offer real value.
Self-Organization: You are a master of self-organization, skillfully manage your time, and use your workday efficiently. Additionally, you demonstrate a strong ability to consistently and systematically follow existing processes and guidelines.
Technology Knowledge: You have basic knowledge in the use of platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and Google Workspace, as well as experience with tools and APIs from OpenAI.
Programming Skills: You have extensive experience in coding, particularly in Python. Your programming skills enable you to develop efficient and scalable solutions that meet the requirements of modern software projects.
AWS: You have at least basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services and ideally already have practical experience with various AWS services.
Professional Qualifications: Your training as an IT specialist for application development or a comparable qualification in the field of computer science forms the basis for your technical knowledge and practical skills. This solid training enables you to successfully plan and implement complex IT projects.
