About the Position

Join PRODYNA as a Junior IT Sales professional and help shape the future of large companies with your expertise in cloud, data engineering, AI, and more.

Responsibilities

• Support experienced sales colleagues throughout the entire sales process, from acquisition to attending customer meetings on-site to conducting contract negotiations.
• Actively help to identify new customers in the area of software development, UX design, and quality management.
• Maintain close contact with our partners, Microsoft and AWS, to help win projects together and further develop our partnerships.
• Maintain our CRM platform and automate campaigns in Hubspot.
• Review RFP documents, create proposals and customer presentations, and publish success stories.
• Prepare mailings and social media posts, and assist in planning and organizing our sales events.
• Maintain contact with potential new customers and develop toward becoming an independent Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Close to completing or have already completed a degree (e.g., in Business Informatics) or a commercial training (e.g., IT Systems Management).
• Looking to start a career in sales and ideally have already gained some initial experience.
• Interest in topics such as cloud migration and modernization as well as the implementation of data and AI solutions, and may have had some initial exposure to Microsoft and AWS.
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a structured, independent, and precise approach to work, even in stressful situations.
• Professional communication skills in German (C1 level or above) and English.
