Junior IT Support & System Administrator

About the Position

We are hiring a Junior IT Support & System Administrator for on-site work in Svitavy, Czechia. Join our team to manage IT equipment and provide user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support on-site and remotely for headquarters and store locations
• Manage and maintain IT equipment: PCs, laptops, printers, phones, and POS devices
• Install and configure new devices; create and disable user accounts
• Administer users and licenses in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Provide first-line help to users with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with external vendors and support IT projects
• Introduce AI tools into daily work for IT and other departments
• Automate routine tasks and data processing with AI tools (e.g., Claude)

Requirements

• Secondary education with a high school diploma (ideally technical)
• Good knowledge of Windows and office applications
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure
• Motivation to learn, autonomy, and careful work
• Friendly communication skills; able to explain technical topics clearly
• English proficiency at least for reading technical documentation
• Driver’s license category B
• Advantage: experience/knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, or Business Central
