Junior IT Support Specialist (f/m/x)

About the Position

You will be responsible for configuring computer hardware and handling various tools and systems. Responsibilities

• Providing remote and on-site technical support for employees
• Logging, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to hardware and software
• Configuring computers, peripheral devices, and company phones according to established standards
• Installing, updating, and performing basic administration of software used in the organization
• Assisting in managing user accounts and devices in a Microsoft environment
• Overseeing the proper functioning of IT infrastructure in the office and reporting detected irregularities
• Maintaining records of IT equipment and supporting inventory processes
• Collaborating with IT teams on ongoing projects and initiatives to improve the user work environment

Requirements

• Technical diploma in computer science or 1-2 years of computer science studies
• At least 6 months of experience in IT Support or Service Desk
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and basic knowledge of Linux and macOS
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and user management issues
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
• Communicative knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level
• Category B driving license
• Fluent knowledge of Polish
• Residence in Poland

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Service Desk Plus or JIRA
• Experience working with ERP systems, e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Basic knowledge of Linux system administration
