About the Position

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Technician (H/M) to join our team in Madrid, Spain. Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.

Your New Role

• Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and corporate application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, mobile devices, and peripherals, including the preparation of equipment for new hires.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access, ensuring compliance with computer security policies.
• Record, prioritize, and track incidents using the ticketing tool, collaborating with other IT teams when necessary.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, document technical procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services.

Your Skills

• Vocational Training of Medium or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Systems, or related areas.
• Minimum previous experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support position.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer equipment management, ticketing tools, and basic networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printers).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, prioritizing tasks and offering excellent user service.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented person, with good communication skills, internal customer orientation, and ability to work in a team.
• English level is valuable.
• Interest in continuous learning and professional development in the IT field.

We Offer

• Salary: 19,160 euros + 1,800€ Bonus
• Contract: Indefinite
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Work area: Emilio Vargas, 6 (Madrid) - (Occasionally may be required to go to Seseña (Toledo))
