About the Position

NetPlans GmbH is seeking a (Junior) IT-System Engineer IT-Security (m/w/d) to join our team in Rednitzhembach, Bayern, DE. With our team of IT-Security experts, we support companies in identifying security risks early, defending against cyber attacks, and setting up sustainable IT security.

Responsibilities

• Support our IT-Security experts in identifying security risks early, defending against cyber attacks, and setting up sustainable IT security.
• Work on a wide range of IT and information security topics, offering solutions in the areas of Endpoint Security, SOC and MDR services, Cloud Security, as well as Gateway and Perimeter Security.
• After an onboarding period, you will take responsibility for the security solutions of our clients.
• Your tasks will include both on-site and remote project work, as well as technical customer support.
• Assist our clients with security analyses, emergency preparedness, and awareness measures such as phishing simulations and cyber-awareness campaigns.

Requirements

• Completed higher education or vocational training in System Integration with practical experience in the following areas:
  • Endpoint Security
  • SOC and MDR Services
  • Gateway and Perimeter Security
• Ideally, you also have experience in the following topics:
  • Security analyses and security assessments
  • Emergency manuals and emergency preparedness
  • Phishing, social engineering, and current attack patterns
  • Security awareness and user sensitization
• You have already worked with solutions from Sophos, Fortinet, or similar manufacturers.
• You work solution-oriented and take responsibility for your topics.
• Independent working style, customer orientation, and passion for modern IT security solutions complete your profile.
