Junior Jira/Confluence Consultant with German

Are you passionate about optimizing and scaling Atlassian environments? Do you have a strong command of both German and English? Sopra Steria Bulgaria is looking for a Junior Jira/Confluence Consultant with German to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Support our customers in optimizing and scaling their Atlassian environments.
• Analyze requirements and develop tailor-made solutions.
• Present solutions in workshops and technical concepts.
• Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Atlassian tools.
• Serve as a contact person for technical and organizational questions.

Requirements

• Completed university degree or training in the IT area.
• Willingness to learn and advise customers.
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong customer orientation.
• Willingness to learn and curiosity about new technologies.
• Team spirit and organizational talent.
