About the Position

Ströer, a leading German media company, is seeking a (Junior-) Lead- & Projektmanager (w/m/d) for our Cologne location. Join our team and drive sales initiatives and manage lead campaigns with us.

Responsibilities

Generate sales impulses and structured lead campaigns based on complex data analyses in SalesForce and Excel.
Manage your lead campaigns professionally from preparation to structured success analysis in close collaboration with sales.
Oversee projects to optimize lead generation and our lead management processes, particularly on our SalesForce platform.

Requirements

Completed degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in media marketing, particularly in lead or CRM environments. Open to all candidates!
Combine your sales-oriented mindset with analytical and conceptual thinking.
Enjoy occasional travel to your assigned sales territories (up to 3-4 trips of 1-2 days each quarter).
Good command of the German language.
