About the Position
We are looking for a Junior Linux Administration/DevOps professional with 2+ years of experience in Linux/UNIX and Windows system administration to join our team in Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Remote configuration of Linux and Windows servers
- Migration of web and mail systems
- Interaction with development teams for deploying new websites
- Ensuring the smooth operation of critical (mission-critical) servers
- Working with Cloud providers: AWS, Azure, and others
- Server configuration automation
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience in administering Linux/UNIX and Windows systems
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure services
- Experience with web servers such as Nginx, Apache, or IIS
- Experience with mail systems such as Exim, Postfix, or Exchange
- Knowledge of Bash/Shell or PowerShell
- Fluency in English at an intermediate level or higher
- Ability to read manuals and fill information gaps using Google
- Understanding of typical user behavior
