Responsibilities
- Understand customers, develop solutions, and win deals.
- Collaborate with international customers, interdisciplinary teams, and your personal mentor.
- Rotate through various sales departments-in Germany and worldwide.
- Learn how sales truly works in the mobility environment-from the initial customer idea to the successful closing.
- Actively shape customer projects, develop sales strategies, and participate in negotiations that make a real impact.
Requirements
- Personality: Passionate about mobility, enjoys working with customers and partners, inspiring other people.
- Background: Strong technical passion, above-average master's or diploma degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Experience and know-how: At least three months of international experience, very good command of German and English.
Nice to Have
- MBA, PhD, or relevant professional experience.
