We are seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team and drive brand awareness, generate leads, and manage community growth and events.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Work on expanding our brand awareness and generating qualified marketing leads to actively support business impact through different marketing campaigns like Webinars in close collaboration with your team.
- Community Growth and Event Management: Manage external and internal events such as Chainbalance Chat & Dine, Keynotes, Webinars.
- Content Creation: Create visual and textual content to communicate Chainbalance’s solution across different channels.
- Growth and Performance Marketing: Develop and iterate your campaigns in a data-driven manner.
- Collaboration: Drive close collaboration with Business Development to develop and deliver effective go-to-market strategies for new client acquisition.
- Proactive Participation: Participate in the development of a next-generation B2B brand.
Requirements
- Berlin-based with a degree in Fashion Management, Marketing/Communications Management, Economics, or a similar course of study.
- Proactive and able to implement ideas independently.
- Strong communication skills that can create clear product communication and get to the heart of complex issues.
- Fluent in German and English (speaking and writing); other languages are advantageous.
- Experienced in using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Hubspot, and well-versed in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
