We, the recruitment agency talanovyti, are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist for the ME-Team - and exactly such a person: result-oriented, who is interested not just in "being in marketing," but in learning how the product works and how research, analytics, and order in processes affect the result.

ME-QR - an international SaaS product for creating, customizing, managing, and analyzing QR codes. The product helps users and businesses manage QR codes, update information, and track scan statistics. The audience is global, so research, competitive analysis, and a product approach are important in marketing.

You will join product marketing from practice - research, competitor analysis, working with hypotheses, structuring data, and preparing conclusions for the team. Experienced marketers from the BASE team (part of FRACTAL) will be nearby - feedback, context, and best practices from day one. Responsibilities

1. Collect information on specific marketing and product requests.
2. Conduct market, competitor, product, audience, or specific marketing direction research.
3. Work with open sources, English-language materials, and basic marketing/analytical tools.
4. Structure the found information in tables, documents, or short summaries.
5. Prepare understandable conclusions for the marketing team.
6. Help maintain hypothesis trackers, tasks, and test results.
7. Keep research files, tables, and working documents up to date.
8. Review tasks in ClickUp that have been pending for a long time, clarify statuses, help prioritize current tasks, and close those that no longer make sense to keep in work.
9. Control tasks, remind about deadlines, ping responsible people, and help the team complete processes.

Requirements

1. Experience in marketing, research, project management, or operational support of a team for 1 year or basic marketing knowledge after courses.
2. Ability to search for information, not get lost in various sources, and collect a clear picture from it.
3. Experience and interest in marketing research: competitor analysis, market, products, audiences, channels, creatives, or marketing hypotheses.
4. Ability to work with tables and structure information so that another person can understand what is happening there.
5. Basic understanding of project management: tasks, deadlines, statuses, responsibilities, priorities.
6. Proficient written communication.
7. English from B1+: it is important to be able to read English-language sources, work with texts, understand the general meaning, and see basic errors in texts.
8. Willingness to work specifically with operational tasks, not just ideas and creativity.

Nice to Have

1. Analytical thinking: the ability to see logic in data, compare information, draw conclusions, and not just mechanically transfer data to a table.
2. Attention to detail: it is important not to lose parameters, units of measurement, statuses, information sources, and other details that affect the quality of analysis.
3. Structurality: a tendency to organize tasks, documents, tables, processes, and help the team see a transparent picture of the work.
4. Proactivity: the ability to not wait for constant reminders, but to independently clarify statuses, ping responsible people, remind about deadlines, and move tasks forward.
5. Perseverance: the willingness to push other people, remind yourself, return to a task several times, and not stop after the first message.
6. Responsibility: it is important for a person to honestly record the status of completion, not say that a task is done if it is not actually completed.
7. Ability to complete tasks: one of the key requirements, because the team needs a person who not only takes tasks to work but completes them or helps to make a decision that the task is no longer relevant.
8. Good time management: the ability to plan work, prioritize tasks, control your own deadlines, and use tools to organize work.
9. Written communication: the ability to competently, clearly, and structuredly formulate thoughts in documents, tables, short conclusions, and work communication.
10. Maturity and independence: the role may suit a fresher or junior specialist, but it is important that the person is mature enough, responsible, and ready to work with operational tasks without constant micromanagement.

3. Flexible schedule, but it is preferable to start the workday approximately from 10:00 to 11:00 Ukrainian time.
