As a (Junior) Merchandise Steering & Replenishment Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing automated replenishment for NOS and VMI models to optimize product availability and stock levels. You will monitor assortment performance across suppliers, categories, and SKUs, deriving data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as Buying, Inbound, and Merchandise Planning, as well as external suppliers, you will support cross-functional projects focused on merchandise steering automation and forecasting data quality improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage automated replenishment for NOS and VMI models to optimize product availability and stock levels
- Monitor assortment performance across suppliers, categories, and SKUs, deriving data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Buying, Inbound, and Merchandise Planning, as well as external suppliers
- Support cross-functional projects focused on merchandise steering automation and forecasting data quality improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence in working with large datasets
- Strong problem-solving skills, quick perception, and a structured way of working
- Proactive personality with a hands-on mindset
- Fluent English skills
Nice to Have
- Initial experience in supply chain, merchandise management, or controlling, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or the fashion industry
- First touchpoints with analytics or BI tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- German language skills
