About the Position
Hi there! We’re CyberCare - part of Tesonet Accelerator - a customer care company for global tech brands. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract with a possibility to transition into a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Run high-volume, entry-level recruitment, primarily for Customer Support roles.
- Step in as back-up on other types of searches when needed (e.g. tech, back office roles).
- Source and screen candidates across multiple channels: job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
- Organize and conduct interviews, and support our hiring managers in running theirs.
- Work closely with our ATS (Ashby) - and help us tidy up, structure, and automate our workflows.
- Create a great candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Track and use recruitment data to spot what's working and what can be improved.
Requirements
- Has some experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a similar role.
- Is comfortable working at a fast pace and managing several searches at once.
- Is detail-oriented and genuinely tech-savvy - you pick up new tools quickly (Ashby, Canditech).
- Is data-minded: comfortable working with recruitment metrics such as fill rate, interview-to-offer rate, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill.
- Is results-driven, but a team player first.
- Is fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Is available to work full-time.

Compensation and Contract
- Gross Salary: 1850 - 2200 EUR/month.
- The role starts as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
