Junior / Middle Creative Marketing Specialist

About the Position

We are currently looking for a Junior / Middle Creative Marketing Specialist to join the Solvy business, which is developing a full-cycle online platform for working with legal, financial, and personal documents.

Responsibilities

In the role of Junior / Middle Creative Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Build a creative testing system (creative engine).
• Generate and test new creative hypotheses on a daily and weekly basis.
• Analyze creative performance and identify winning patterns.
• Create creative briefs for designers / UGC / motion creators.
• Work closely with UAMs to scale winning ads.
• Develop new angles for different audience segments.
• Monitor competitors and adapt the best-performing approaches.
• Manage creative production (in-house + freelancers + AI tools).
• Continuously reduce CAC through creative improvements.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience in performance creative / direct response marketing (Meta-first).
• Understands how creatives impact CPA / CAC / ROAS.
• Has experience with high-volume creative testing (dozens to hundreds of creatives per month).
• Can create winning angles, hooks, and hypotheses.
• Has experience working with UGC, ad creatives, static, video, and motion formats.
• Understands funnel thinking (hook → intent → conversion).
• Has experience working with subscription / lead generation / high-LTV products.
• Can analyze creative performance through data (CTR, CVR, CPA).
• Has a basic understanding of Meta Ads (to effectively communicate with UAMs).
• Has experience working with creative teams, designers, editors, and UGC creators.
• Understands US market advertising patterns (especially legal / finance / insurance).
