Junior Occasion Manager

As a Junior Occasion & Pricing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our used car inventory. Your insights will help us stay competitive and maximize both our turnover speed and margins.

Responsibilities

Analyze the Dutch and European used car market and identify trends and opportunities
Determine and optimize buying and selling prices of vehicles
Support purchasing decisions based on data and market insights
Advise internal stakeholders on pricing strategies
Prepare reports and KPI analyses
Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations departments to optimize inventory performance
Continuously seek improvements in processes and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

HBO work and thinking level
Affinity with the automotive industry and interest in the used car market
Strong analytical skills and a love for working with numbers and data
Commercial mindset and understanding of market developments' impact on price and return
Accurate and proactive work style
Experience with Excel and data analysis is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
