Sandbox Interactive, the ambitious game development studio behind the award-winning game Albion Online, is seeking a Junior Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This role ensures smooth office operations and enhances team collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Office Manager, you will:

• Ensure the smooth running of our Berlin office.
• Work closely with the Senior Office Manager to manage recurring office tasks.
• Handle reception, visitors, phone calls, mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Manage inventory, prepare orders, and maintain an organized and welcoming office.
• Support meetings, visits, and the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Coordinate external service providers and maintenance/repair appointments.
• Continuously improve office processes and inventory management.
• Assist in internal events and office activities.
• Organize informal activities such as after-work events.
• Support our office feel-good management, including snacks, drinks, and employee gifts.

Requirements

• Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2) in speech and writing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Structured, reliable, and increasingly independent work approach.
• Proficiency with everyday digital tools and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented communication with employees, visitors, and external partners.

Nice to Have

• Health certificate according to the Infection Protection Act (IfSG) § 43 (can be obtained after successful offer)
• First aid certificate (can be obtained after successful offer)
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
