About the Position
We are seeking a Junior Operations Specialist to join our international team in an entry-level, remote role with full training provided on technical profile analysis and validation. This position is ideal for someone ready to actively get involved and learn a lot of new information during the initial training period, with a desire to develop in candidate pre-screening. No previous IT experience is necessary for this opening.
Responsibilities
- Analyze profiles of IT specialists from diverse markets
- Support the profile development of the EPAM brand and enlistment of the topmost talent
- Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documents
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (B1+)
- Skills in MS Office
- Good communication and social skills
- Capability to analyze and decide based on previous actions
- Adaptability to business changes and a proactive approach
- Strong task organization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Fast learning capabilities
