As a Junior Operations Specialist, you will work with your team to ensure that our operational processes around the sales process run smoothly.

You will be a key interface between our sales partners and various internal teams. This role is not about active sales, but about solving operational issues, coordinating processes, and ensuring that our partners and internal teams can perform their work efficiently.

You will have the opportunity to delve deeply into our processes, take responsibility for your own topics, and work with the team to continuously improve our operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordination of our sales partners on operational issues and challenges in daily business.
• Direct contact with our sales partners and internal teams to address concerns quickly and solution-oriented.
• Handling and resolving operational cases along the sales process – from lead handover to sales completion and further process handling.
• Coordination with internal teams when additional departments are needed to solve a problem.
• Monitoring of processes and KPIs to detect deviations early and address potential issues.
• Identification of improvement potentials and support in optimizing our operational processes.
• Taking over own operational topics and smaller projects and gradually increasing responsibility within the team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, Sales Support, or a comparable field. Entry-level candidates after relevant full-time employment following an internship or work-study program are also welcome.
• German at native speaker level or at least C2 – you communicate daily with German-speaking sales partners and stakeholders.
• Good English skills – you can communicate with internal teams in English and navigate well in an international work environment.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented – you get involved and look for pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communicator and service-oriented – you communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders.
• Structured and reliable – you can organize multiple tasks in parallel, set priorities, and drive issues forward independently.
• Quick learner – you enjoy diving into new processes and systems and take pleasure in understanding and solving problems.
• Team player – you enjoy working with different teams and want to improve things together.
