About the Position
Junior Partner Success Manager:in gesucht
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Partner Success Manager:in to join our team at AURUM. This role involves supporting our franchise partners in their success journey, working in Switzerland/Germany with remote options available.
Responsibilities
- Accompanying Franchise Partners: Guide franchise partners through the pre-contract and opening phase, optimizing the ramp-up process.
- Customer Support: Provide first- and second-level support as the primary contact for franchise partners.
- Documentation: Optimize and expand existing knowledge documentation.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with franchise partners.
- Performance Tracking: Identify improvement potentials and coach partners through tracking key metrics in the digital KPI dashboard.
- Internal Documentation: Contribute to the internal knowledge documentation in the intranet.
- Optional Representation: Represent AURUM at trade shows and events.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Advanced English and Native German proficiency.
- Skills: Experience in franchise management and customer support.
- Qualities: Curious, self-motivated, organized, and excellent communication skills.
- Education: Completed studies with a focus on economics or sports science, or equivalent fitness-oriented or economic training.
