With our internet comparison, we help customers find the right solution for DSL, cable, fiber, or mobile internet among numerous providers. We provide transparency on prices, services, and availability, and facilitate an easy switching process.

We are looking for a Junior Partnermanager (m/w/d) to join our team, actively shaping the future of our partner network, integrating modern AI tools into operational processes, and driving the future of internet comparison.

Responsibilities

• Making processes smarter: Continuously develop our internal offer and partner processes with a focus on customer friendliness, automation, data quality, and scalability.
• Using AI & Automation: Identify repetitive tasks and build AI-supported workflows, agents, or automations that make our daily business faster, simpler, and more reliable.
• Developing solutions: Using modern tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma Make, implement prototypes, internal applications, and operational solutions.
• Integrating partner offers: Responsible for the operational integration of new offers on our comparison platform and the implementation of portfolio adjustments of our cooperation partners.
• Strengthening partnerships: Build reliable relationships with our cooperation partners, coordinate alignments, and ensure efficient implementation of joint projects.
• Advancing cooperations: Actively participate in the establishment of new partnerships and coordinate requirements between internal departments and external partners.
• Optimizing technical interfaces: Accompany the further development of technical connections and work on making data flows and offer logics more robust and automated.
• Recognizing market potentials: Continuously analyze competitive offers, market movements, and price, product, and portfolio changes of our partners and competitors using internal tools, identify relevant trends, and derive concrete recommendations for action for the further development of our offer and partner management.

Requirements

• Successful degree: You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a comparable field with very good grades.
• AI-First Mindset: You naturally use modern AI applications like ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor to analyze, structure, and implement solutions more quickly.
• Builder mentality: You want to not only develop concepts but also improve processes, build automations, and create operational added value.
• Analytical strength: You quickly recognize optimization potentials in processes, data structures, and workflows and derive pragmatic measures from them.
• Partnership thinking: Professional communication with internal stakeholders and external cooperation partners as well as the establishment of long-term relationships are enjoyable for you.
• Data understanding with practical relevance: A strong understanding of numbers, market comparisons, and offer structures helps you derive well-founded recommendations for action.
• First practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in partner management, product management, project management, or a comparable environment.
• Language proficiency: Fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills round off your profile.
