What We Do Together
- Responsibility for the delivery of daily newspapers and other addressed products in our distribution area in the Mettmann region.
- Hiring and disciplinary management of approximately 70-90 delivery personnel, including conducting employee interviews.
- Short- and long-term planning of district staffing, including analysis of delivery quality and deriving measures for quality assurance.
- Preparation of monthly payroll using SAP.
- Administrative tasks related to labor law.
- Planning and scheduling of special delivery orders.

- Commercial education and several years of professional and managerial experience.
- In-depth knowledge in the field of labor law.
- Ideally, experience in the logistics or delivery industry.
- Natural manner in dealing with people and a well-established personality.
- Stress tolerance and flexibility.

- Organizational and improvisational skills.
- Good user skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
