About the Position

Junior Planner

We are looking for a Junior Planner to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. If you are passionate about pop culture, memes, technology, and understanding what drives people, we want you!

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in qualitative and quantitative research (desk research, social listening, field visits) to uncover deep consumer and cultural insights.
• Map macro trends and translate them into inspiring briefs with clear and attractive storytelling for the teams.
• Integrate generative and analytical AI tools to optimize your research, synthesis, and ideation processes.
• Continuously benchmark competitors and best practices in the ecosystem.
• Present your strategic findings confidently to internal teams, collaborating closely on campaign execution.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in similar roles within advertising, creative, or digital agencies (previous experience in the Retail or Supermarkets category is a plus).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) applied to idea development.
  • Ability to synthesize, write strategically, and design high-impact visual presentations.
• Soft Skills:
  • High intellectual curiosity.
  • Proactivity.
  • Agile mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork.
  • Love for digital social dynamics (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, etc.).
• Language: Advanced English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Retail or Supermarkets.
• Advanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Daily use of AI tools.
• Skills in synthesis, strategic writing, and visual presentation design.
• Strong interest in digital social dynamics.
