Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement lifecycle across assigned categories: sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase requisitions, and contract finalization.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Marketing, Construction, Studio Operations, etc.) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct timely supplier benchmarking to identify procurement and qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records across platforms and systems.
  • Track and follow up on deliveries, contract timelines, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and budget allocations.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs, and basic contract terms.
  • Collaborate closely with team leads and Head of Procurement on project-based initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, or a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a global procurement environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Administrative Support, Operations, or related fields.
  • Previous experience working with supplier quotations, purchase orders, vendor communication, or invoice follow-up.
  • Exposure to procurement or ERP systems such as Precoro, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural business environment is considered a plus.
  • Basic understanding of sourcing processes, supplier management, and procurement workflows.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for comparisons, tracking, and reporting.
  • Exposure to import, logistics, or local vendor sourcing activities in Brazil is considered beneficial.
