Responsibilities

As a Junior Product Analyst, you will:

Proactively find growth opportunities and move team goals through actionable, data-driven insights and hypotheses.
Plan A/B tests, analyze results, and deliver final recommendations.
Provide the team with all the analytics needed for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

0–2 years in an analytical role or relevant internships.
English at a B2 level or higher.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Fluent Ukrainian.
Confident in writing SQL queries.
Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau preferred).
Solid grasp of basic statistics.
Attentive to numbers.
Ability to tell stories with data (data storytelling).
Ability to work autonomously.

Nice to Have

Experience in product analytics in IT (social discovery or dating products ideal).
Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals and statistical significance.
Knowledge of Python or R.
Experience with ClickHouse databases.
Predictive modeling / ML skills.
