As part of the CHECK24 AI Forge GmbH, we develop central agentic AI systems that form the technological foundation of our chatbot, voicebot, and live chat solutions for the entire CHECK24 universe. In addition, we support the individual CHECK24 products in the successful integration of these systems and bring current developments from the areas of Generative and Agentic AI directly into innovative applications for our customers.
We are looking for you as a Junior Product Manager (m/w/d) Generative AI to join our team. In this role, you will actively shape the further development of our AI products. You will connect user needs, product strategy, and technical possibilities and work together with our IT teams to develop intelligent solutions with measurable added value for millions of customers.
Responsibilities
- Shape Product Development: You will develop our agentic AI systems for chatbot, voicebot, live chat, and other contact channels together with IT and departments and be responsible for new features from conception to roll-out.
- Analyze User Needs: Based on user feedback, key figures, and analyses, you will derive concrete optimizations and requirements for the further development of our products.
- Support Product Integration: You will support the introduction of our solutions into the CHECK24 products together with the departments and convey best practices in workshops and learning calls.
- Evaluate Technology Trends: You will observe current developments in the field of Generative AI and agentic systems and derive impulses for product strategy and new use cases from them.
Requirements
- Education: You have a very good university degree with a technical, scientific, mathematical, or economic orientation.
- Interest in Product Management: Initial practical contact with product management, Generative AI, or digital products is advantageous, and you enjoy taking on responsibility early.
- Enthusiasm for AI Technologies: You follow current developments around Generative AI and agentic systems with great interest and want to transfer innovative technologies into customer-centric applications.
- Analytical Approach: You analyze complex issues in a structured manner and make well-founded decisions based on data.
- Communication Skills: You convey technical relationships understandably and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Very good German skills at least at C1 level and very good English skills round off your profile.
