About the Position
Junior Product Manager - P0028
Join LoopMe as a Junior Product Manager and shape the future of digital advertising. Manage product roadmaps and drive innovation across our agency-facing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Owning the roadmap and end-to-end delivery for projects across four products including upgrading inventory management, forecasting, API integrations, automation of tasks, and database management.
- Managing Jira backlogs end-to-end: writing clear, well-scoped tickets, prioritizing work, refining with engineering, and tracking delivery.
- Partnering with software engineers on technical design, debugging issues in production, and unblocking delivery.
- Communicating fluently with both engineering teams and internal stakeholders, translating between the two.
- Building prototype designs and proofs of concept (vibe coding especially welcome) to validate ideas quickly before committing engineering effort.
- Using LLMs for detailed analysis, KPI tracking, product documentation, and KPI tracking across the agency-facing product suite.
- Maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation of LoopMe's products for internal and external audiences to support LoopMe’s AI platform.
- Defining and tracking KPIs for your products and reporting on performance to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience working in ad tech is essential, with a solid understanding of key platforms across the ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Inventory Management, and Brand Lift Measurement).
- Product management experience is welcomed, especially demonstrating delivery of technical solutions from discovery through launch.
- Experience managing Jira backlogs, writing tickets, and working day-to-day with engineering teams.
- Comfort getting technical: reading logs, debugging issues, understanding APIs, and data flows.
- Concrete examples of using generative AI to work more efficiently, build automation, and debug issues.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to prioritize and make decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
