In the CPO Office, you will work directly with the Chief Product Officer of the CHECK24 Group. Here, you will be close to central product and innovation decisions – an environment that offers you unique insights and opportunities for shaping. From the start, you will take responsibility for your own projects and work with high visibility on innovative product concepts with a focus on user experience and AI. You will work closely with the decision-makers of the product worlds and central functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of our products: Analyze customer needs and develop innovative product and service ideas with real added value
• Scout trends & technologies: Observe developments in the digital and tech world, conduct competitive analyses, and create benchmarks for state-of-the-art technologies
• Advise and accompany our product worlds: Support product owners in optimizing user journeys and elevate the user experience of our comparisons to a new level
• Work in close proximity to the management level: Develop concepts, pitch your ideas to CHECK24 decision-makers, and grow through direct sparring at the management level
• Network stakeholders & knowledge: Ensure smooth exchange between teams, promote efficient knowledge transfer, and thus drive the further development of the entire CHECK24 Group

Requirements

• You hold an excellent Master's degree with a preference for technical, scientific, or economic orientation
• A high motivation and the ambition to establish the best product solutions and user experience for our customers characterize you
• You bring curiosity and enthusiasm for the online world, digital trends, and artificial intelligence – ideally, you have already dealt with topics such as prompt engineering, feature design, and development with modern AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or Lovable
• High self-initiative and the ability to work yourself into complex products and processes, question them, develop improvement approaches, and communicate them clearly are among your strengths
• You work in a structured and precise manner, pay attention to details, and have a pronounced sense of quality
• You communicate fluently in German and English (at least C1 level)
