We are seeking a Junior Product Manager for Customer Experience in Travel to join our innovative team in Leipzig. This role focuses on enhancing the digital travel booking experience with AI and ML.

Responsibilities

• Identify potentials for AI-supported features, develop innovative use cases, and oversee their implementation from conception to live deployment, all with the goal of generating the best travel booking experience for our customers.
• Take ownership of your own projects using agile methods-you will actively design, prioritize, and make decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, data science, IT, and the executive team-flat hierarchies for quick impact.
• Define KPIs, analyze user behavior, and derive data-driven measures.

Requirements

• Very good university degree and top performer in your field.
• Outstanding analytical skills and excellent academic performance.
• Initial practical experience, particularly in tech, start-ups, consulting, or artificial intelligence, is advantageous.
• Fascination with new technologies such as artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, and AI-supported product development.
• Growth-oriented mindset and a love for learning, trying out new things, and taking responsibility.
• Commitment to delivering above-average results and meticulous work with a high level of detail.
• Creativity and an eye for design and user experience (UX/UI) are advantageous.
• Fluent German and English skills (Level C1/C2).
