About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team in Ivano-Frankivsk or remotely. This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of commercial experience in IT Project Coordination/Management.

Responsibilities

  • Follow existing PM processes to reach project goals and keep the client & team satisfied.
  • Set up & maintain Jira projects according to internal standards.
  • Create and keep project documentation up to date according to internal standards.
  • Prepare internal presentations with team wins & fails while reaching significant project milestones, goals.
  • Coordinate several small projects and estimate project scope together with developers.
  • Control timelines and deadlines.
  • Prepare regular reports based on the work completed by the team.
  • Support communication with clients, stakeholders, and the team.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups and other project-related meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of commercial experience in IT Project Coordination/Management.
  • English level: B2 or higher.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies & frameworks.
  • Experience with the management of multi-functional teams.
  • Be fluent in modern web development tech stack.
  • Responsibility, curiosity, excellent communication and presentation skills, autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a logical approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity and active usage of AI tools.
  • Scrum/Agile certifications.
  • Knowledge of PMBOK 7th Edition and PRINCE2.
