Your Mission

As a Junior Project Manager at STARK, you act as the organizational backbone of one of the company’s most strategic programs, ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, production, and operations teams. You support program leadership by bringing structure, tracking progress, and keeping teams aligned so critical work moves forward efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate key workstreams across engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure projects progress according to plan.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure the right priorities are addressed at the right time.
  • Maintain clear communication between teams and ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Develop practical reporting, dashboards, and documentation to increase project transparency and execution speed.
  • Identify risks and blockers early, escalate where needed, and drive resolution to keep programs on track.
  • Prepare concise updates and reports for program leads and executives to support informed decision-making.
  • Continuously improve project workflows by identifying inefficiencies and helping implement scalable processes as the organization grows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration with technical affinity, or a comparable field; a combined technical and business background is preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, including internships or early-career roles in project management, consulting, or engineering environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or fast-moving projects.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn quickly and take initiative in high-performance environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical teams and leadership stakeholders in English and German.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and similar project management software.
  • High ownership mentality and motivation to take on increasing responsibility early in your career.
